Social Media - Bandwagonning or benefitting?

There is an awful lot of fuss about Social Media at the moment.  Why?  Because it is working to benefit businesses.  If it's not part of your marketing strategy, it ought to be.

Recently in Exeter there was a great Social Media conference - Like Minds that brought the impact of social media in to sharp focus.

Social Media is working for our clients too.  We have grown an IVYLIVE Facebook group to around 1,100 loyal followers of the festival and @AzimuthDental is signing up recruits to his business through Twitter.
